the rocks...

I felt like screaming. I felt like crying. I felt like kicking some ass. Yet, I sat there with a small, but fake, grin. I went and congratulated the winner, shook his hand and smiled. Growing up in a family of politicians, I had to learn to take the losses with the wins. My uncle was running again for the Grand Chief of the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations, but had lost at the second ballot. On the plus side, the second reading to implement the Kelowna Accord was passed. The was the good news of the day. That and Calgary Flames won!
